How long will my order take?

The delivery time will vary depending on order size, all products are made specifically for that order. An estimated time will be communicated to the buyer as we receive the orders.

Are 3D printed items robust?

Yes, the material chosen for each item is based upon its intended use. For the vast majority of the items available PLA is used, not only is this more than robust enough for the products on offer but its also eco-friendly.

What if I find defects in my products?

All our products are quality checked before the orders are shipped, however as is with 3D printing some small defects can occur. These defects will not effect the performance of the products. If you feel the product isn’t up to standard please do get in contact using our contact form and one of the team will get back to you with a solution.
